I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ras to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results! Thank you Ras!

I cannot recommend Jess enough, she is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jess explained the process in detail and told me what I needed to know with regard to aftercare. Jess was very professional & discreet when having laser in personal areas. The added bonus was she was able to come to my home rather than making an appointment to go to clinic .

I started coming to Dee for just my nails and because of how great she is I now have facials and other treatments done on the regular. 10/10 would reccomend Dee to anyone.

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! Booked an hour's facial as a birthday treat ... See had done lots of research to make sure the products she wanted to use didn't effect any of my allergies. Such time and care taken and a brilliant facial !

I can’t recommend Jess enough for laser hair removal! She is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Her knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. The results have been incredible. My hair has mostly all gone, and the hair on my legs has completely gone. I’m so happy with the outcome. I’m no longer needing regular treatments and the results have been better than I ever expected. Jess provides such a fantastic service and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

I had an excellent hair removal experience and am very happy with the results. After 8 sessions, the treatment was extremely successful, with a significant reduction in hair growth and much smoother skin. I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.
