I cannot recommend Jess enough, she is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jess explained the process in detail and told me what I needed to know with regard to aftercare. Jess was very professional & discreet when having laser in personal areas. The added bonus was she was able to come to my home rather than making an appointment to go to clinic .

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I can’t recommend Jess enough for laser hair removal! She is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Her knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. The results have been incredible. My hair has mostly all gone, and the hair on my legs has completely gone. I’m so happy with the outcome. I’m no longer needing regular treatments and the results have been better than I ever expected. Jess provides such a fantastic service and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Really lovely experience, Lilly was really welcoming and we had a nice chat as I was eased into the treatment and then when she began it was lovely and calming. She was really attentive to what I consider to be my "problem areas" with the facial and I really appreciate that! Always a joy and looking forward to returning soon :)

Superb service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Jessica was passionate, informative and professional throughout our first session and was available for aftercare support when required. A service with a personal touch is hard to come by these days but Jessica has mastered it.
