I love this place! Anytime, I have been there, I got an excellent service! I have very chaotic schedules which personal care usually comes last therefore, most of the time I come as walk in! But they always accommodate my need with great attention. I always feel welcomed here!

I have been working with Olivera to clear my acne and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! when i tell you Blue did her thing today she did THAT!!!! she asked me what colour i wanted and i told her and she’s like “no problem i got you” and she knows how much i love orange juice so she offered me some before i asked! i wish i can give ten stars for this set cause this is honestly her best work so far i can’t stop looking at them! give Blue a raise! she exceeds my expectations every single time!!!

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

Zoe was awesome ! Professional, and friendly. Did a great job removing my gel nails and going oh natural !
