Teresa really knows what she is doing. I just came back with the most relaxing massage i've ever had. She is very communicative as to what she is going to do. I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with hip pain and muscle tightness all over my body. She did relaxation massage but also focused on my muscle tightness. Now I am light as a feather. I will definitely come back for more massage with her in the future, especially after bubba arrives.

I just had an amazing facial/massage and I have never felt more relaxed and refreshed!

The best facial ever!

Felt very relaxed and loose in the hips (which is my problem area) after my massage with Teresa. She concentrated on some trigger points and released muscles around my main points of issue first and then worked on those problems areas. She also explained things to me as she went along about why she was doing things in a certain order which I appreciated. She even accommodated my 3 year old been there too which I am grateful for as us mums don’t often get time for a massage but allowing me to have him there just made things easier for me and I still came out feeling relaxed. Thanks Teresa 🥰
