This place is a real hidden gem. Had my sauna and ice bath experience here and I really enjoyed it. Got clear instructions when I booked online and walked straight through to utilise all the amenities. No need for interaction was a bonus and it felt like my own little space to zen out after a busy week.

I had my very first facial today and it was the most wonderful experience I could have asked for. Emelda went above and beyond with so many thoughtful extras. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I loved that she was informative without being pushy about products or upsells. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely glowing. I’m so excited to begin my skincare journey with her guidance. Absolutely loved this sauna and ice bath experience. The private home setup is incredibly well done, so peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and easy to feel comfortable in. Everything flowed perfectly, and it felt like a true reset.

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

I had never used an ice bath or sauna before, but my first experience was amazing! The space is really well-designed and radiates a calming atmosphere. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and trees when you jump into the ice bath. The moment you enter the sauna is now my fave. You may even play your own calming music by pairing your phone with Bluetooth! I was in my element. I will most certainly return after such a fantastic first encounter!
