Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. Thank you, Sam, for such a fantastic appointment I really appreciate how well you looked after me!

How was my visit? Wow, just so relaxing, Sarah does the most amazing treatments. The only downside is when she goes on holiday and I CAN’T have my monthly visit!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I absolutely love my hair and have had so many compliments since my appointment. Not only is Carla incredibly talented, but she’s also so warm, friendly and welcoming.
