Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. I have been going to Sam for years now and she has some amazing treatment’s which has made my skin look amazing, even if I do say so myself. Sam makes you feel so relaxed and special whilst having your treatment you walk out on a little cloud. I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else she knows you better than you know yourself. I trust her completely with recommendations and ideas on how to keep my skin looking young and healthy. My happy place
