Excellent customer service from start to finish, I had cosmetic tattooing on my eyebrows, and my eyeliner done on both top and bottom, Im sooo happy with the results, 10 / 10. And it was priced really fairly too !! Make sure you visit Tulip - look at my eyes!!!
