I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff were beautiful and welcoming, offering water, sweets, and coffee, which created such a lovely atmosphere. Every step was explained clearly, making me feel relaxed and confident. My hair looks stunning, healthy, and beyond my expectations. A friend recommended 13 Roses Salon, and it truly exceeded everything I hoped for. Thank you, Emilia, for the amazing service - I’m absolutely delighted!

I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

I just finished my 5th session with Velen and I am so impressed with the results! I started noticing a huge difference early on, and it just keeps getting better. The service and Velen have been absolutely amazing, professional, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I still have 5 sessions left in my package and I can't wait to see the final results. Highly recommend!

I’ve been on such a journey with Ilham, from laser to finally having my new nanobrows. After years of searching for the right person, she exceeded every expectation. Ilham is incredibly talented, takes her time, and genuinely cares that you’re happy with the results. She removed my botched brows and gave me the brows I’ve always dreamed of. I can’t thank or recommend her enough. If you’re considering Ilham for treatments, look no further honestly!

I had such a lovely experience getting my lip blush done! She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. You can tell she's really experienced and knows exactly what she's doing, which put me completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and took so much care throughout the appointment. I'm still waiting for the full healing process, but so far I'm really happy with how they're looking and can't wait to see the final result. I'd definitely recommend her!
