I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Have been in love with every set Ilham has done for me, I leave literally every appointment feeling amazing. Her set up is clean and tidy and she’s an absolute sweetheart (even when I sometimes accidentally flinch while she’s working on me!) as well as professional. I wanted to wait until everything was fully healed to leave an honest review, and I’m honestly so happy with my results 🤍 In my before picture before lip blush, my lips had a double line and the colour was uneven with some darker ashy areas. After the first session there was already a big difference, but after my touch up and healing, the final result is exactly what I wanted. Everything looks so much more even, blended and natural.
