Really lovely and clean studio. Courtney is professional, talked through every single step of the process and made the process as efficient as possible. I left with the aftercare instructions which Courtney outlined clearly. Really happy with my experience and will definitely be going back.

Professional service thank you

I went to Courtney today to have a dermal piercing removed. She explained the process to me clearly, and was very professional. The removal was much quicker than I expected and a lot less painful than I expected too! Would recommend, thank you!

I had a great experience today, my first visit. I had a dermal removal and two dermal jewellery replacements. I was nervous about the removal but my mind was put at ease and it was great!

lovely piercing, piercer reassured me I could change placement as much as possible and spoke about the aftercare thoroughly too, and also asked about jewellery preference such as when to change to a hoop!! needle went through pretty quickly too and wasn’t as painful as expected

So lovely, kind and supportive. made the experience so much less scary! Thank you jade ☺️

Would highly recommend Empress. Had my 2nd lobe piercing today having not had piercings done for 25 years. Courtney was so friendly happy to explain things several times was very quick and pretty much pain free.

Courtney was amazing! Very fast with the piercing as i got my hidden helix done, service was professional and friendly. The mixture is phenomenal! Empress is somewhere you want to get your piercings done.
