Nicole was lovely and very professional, this was the first time have had lips done and I was very causious that I wanted fuller lips without looking to over done. My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. Been coming to Nicole for nearly a year now and each time she makes me feel so comfortable, answers any questions I’ve got and gives me advice on any procedure I think about getting. She’s very professional and is amazing at what she does! Honestly couldn’t go to anyone else 😂even now I’ve moved 50 mins away I’m happy to do the travel 🥰
