I have been going to Jude since last year when I was pregnant. I have just returned back for a massage and oh how I had missed her. The setting is divine, Jude is so professional and lovely and the massage amazing. I’ve also previously had a facial which I also recommend. The products are also lovely and Jude really knows her stuff. Highly recommend 5*

Well what can I say i went here for a sweedish massage and my God did she deliver. From start to finish she made me feel at ease her massage room is so peaceful and Natalie is really amazing at what she does if I could give her 10 stars I would. I definitely will be back she sorted my back right out for me her massaging was so relaxing I think I even fell asleep at one point. Thanks again Natalie I will be booking to come again soon .

Absolutely amazing experience. I went to thailand in January and had a massage whilst there which was amazing but I can honestly say the zen den beat that. Very professional and a fantastic relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend the zen den over any other to the point I don't mind the hour journey to get there...

My first massage with Nat was amazing! She really made me feel welcome and took the time to make sure I was comfortable in her space. I felt so refreshed leaving and would definitely recommend.

I had a home based appointment and it was exactly what my back and shoulder needed. Nathan really knows his stuff! He has all the modern, top of the range equipment. Thanks mate!

Very welcoming atmosphere, I felt super comfortable throughout and all elements of the treatments were explained in full. I went in with sore knees from running and a recurrent pulled shoulder and have come out with reduced pain, lots of advice and some extra exercises I can be doing at home between sessions. Overall excellent experience, thank you.

I had a Swedish massage which was a lovely experience from start to finish. The woodland garden location is fabulous and the Tranquility Room could have been in Bali if the day had been sunny! Will definitely be back for another treatment - would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely amazing. I really felt the benefit of the deep pressure massage . 2nd time of coming and have booked a session a month . I was kept informed of my problem areas and what was done to eleviate this. Best massage I've ever had
