I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Dr Vijaya is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She was kind, patient, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed.She explained different treatment options as well. I’ve been coming to Charlotte for lashes for 4 years now and I have always left a happy customer with sensational lashes! Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way.
