I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. This is my second time getting lip filler from Charlotte and I could not recommend anyone better. To the way she makes you feel comfortable and welcome in her home, to how thoroughly she goes through the treatment process. Your face is completely safe in her hands 🤍

When I went there location was easy to find place was nicely decorated Sumina was warm person and she welcomed me so warmly and she was really friendly after doing my treatment I am feeling more energetic and fresh the skin changes will take more time I know I only had two sessions I will keep going regularly but overall my experience is going really good ❤️❤️

A great experience from start to finish. I had a chemical peel-both Susha and Mina are highly experienced professionals who were able to advise me on the best treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment (further treatment for pigmentation) in a few months.

If you are reading this because you are thinking of botox, lip fillers or any other cosmetic enhancement and are worried, don't be. Charlotte is an incredibly experienced and reassuring, professional who will talk you through the procedure both before, so you can work out if it's right for you, and during, to ensure you are comfortable. The results are truly fantastic! You'll look and feel years younger and be so much more confident in your skin. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
