Heather has an incredible eye for where to place fillers and Botox in order to enhance your face , like a surgeon but with a needle and syringe . Her staff are always so welcoming and attentive.

As always Emma was fab - she knows how customers feel and administers treatments in a caring way. She is always aware of customers concerns and addresses them. Very knowledgeable of the products she is using. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Emma is such a beautiful lady inside and out. I am always delighted after every treatment by her. I was so terrified about having any fillers , ladies over a certain age I’m sure will agree. Emma has done a few for me now the experience was made so easy and results for me were amazing! OMG , WOW . I am super delighted with my results today done by the lovey Heather and her beautiful assistant Lorraine . Came out feeling like a new person . Happier . No more frown lines , resting bitch face ,saggy neck or eye bags . As usual heather would explain where and why she would be putting ffillers or Botox where she did with her fountain of knowledge. With regards to COVID all guidelines were covered with anti bacterial hand wash before going up stairs and again before entering . Both Heather and Lorraine wore face masks and gloves .

Absolutely wonderful experience. This was my first time having fillers and i was very nervous but Emma has such a lovely gentle approach and put me at ease immediately. My only regret is that I didn’t visit Emma years ago as the results are truly amazing, can’t thank Emma enough x
