Emma is incredibly patient with me, especially because I suffer anxiety. Had an appt to remove my gel nails that were done here for holiday. Walked out with BIAB nails in nude and I absolutely love them. My nails had grown so much in the 3 weeks of wearing the gels and they look fab. Don't think they've ever been this long naturally. Can't wait to see the next couple of weeks growth and for my next appt.

had my first brow wax and lash lift appointment with Susan today - from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheery face and made to feel like I’ve been there a thousand times. There was lots to talk about and no awkward silences (something I can get quite anxious about). I am so so pleased with the end results and felt like a new woman walking out - also thanks to Susan for being my hypewoman the whole time too! Overall an amazing experience and definitely won’t be my last :)
