I cannot recommend Louisa highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her friendly, and professional approach. She takes the time to explain every treatment clearly, answers any questions honestly, and never makes you feel judged or pressured into anything. What I appreciate most is the trust and confidence I have in her. She genuinely listens, provides expert advice, and always has your best interests at heart. She has such a lovely, down-to-earth "girl next door" personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to. Explained everything, showed me the product she was using and made sure multiple times that I was okay during my lips and Botox. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend! Chloe was amazing!! I said to myself I was only going to go in for one treatment and I’ve booked myself in for more already! Chloe is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very confident with her and knew I would be taken care of as soon as I got through the door. Absolutely would recommend and will be getting more treatments done soon.
