My 2nd visit to the Bridgend studio, after, through my own fault, my earring front fell out and got lost, Leah came to the rescue and replaced it for me, in record time. She was so lovely and extremely professional, and my earring was replaced in no time at all. She was also able to answer any questions I had about preventing what happened, from happening again, lets just say I need to learn my left turn from my right turn haha, the way I described the process of tightening the earring, to get it clarified, would have you in stitches lol, but at least now, I know I won't get it wrong lol 🤞🙏

If there were more stars I’d give them just for Natalie’s patience. I was full of absolute fear and panic of what was happening during filler treatment. I was off the scale anxious. But thanks to Natalie’s calmness, professionalism, communication skills, patience, pragmatism and kindness we made it through. I’m absolutely thrilled with the initial results! Really, I’m so glad I did it. After filling myself with every possible scenario of what might go wrong, nothing did. Because Natalie is highly trained, experienced and dedicated to her profession. My face has never looked better!

I've recently started using Louisa for treatments. My initial treatment was botox, which I have to say is the best I've had to date and would highly recommend. More recently I had dermal filler in a few areas of my face and again I have no complaints. Louise clearly knows her stuff, takes her time and reviews results throughout the treatment with you to ensure satisfaction. She's really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. I won't be going anywhere else now :)

Chloe is honestly amazing! I’ve had my lip filler, microneedling and now polynucleotides with her and she always makes me feel so comfortable. She’s so reassuring, gentle and my results are always spot on. Couldn’t recommend her enough! 💛

Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to. Well, where do I start. This was my very 1st time, having my ears pierced with Empress Piercing, Bridgend. Due to illness of my original piercer, Tia, I had Tom from the Cwmbran studio come down to cover her. I was very nervous, having not had piercings done with a needle before, but I needn't have worried. Tom put me right at ease, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all questions throughout, he was so caring and such a laugh, the process was next to painless, with only a slight pinch as the needle went in. I loved the earrings, which Tom helped me pick, and can't thank Tom enough

Its been about 19 years since I had a piercing so I i was very picky with who I went with. I came across Empress Piercing Bridgend who have amazing reviews. Although I had decided on Empress Piercing being the place, I then had to decide who would be the right person to pierce my nose. After some research and reading amazing reviews, Tia had to be the one for me. Tia welcomed me into the shop with a smile and made me feel relaxed. She explained the process and advised me on where the best place was for the piercing. Before I knew it, my nose was pierced. Thank you, Tia, i appreciate you!

Had the best experience getting my lip blush tattoo with Misha at The Coven! She’s so knowledgeable and made the whole process completely pain-free. I was honestly surprised by how comfortable it was. She took the time to mix colours and match the exact shade I wanted from my reference photo, and the result is so natural and perfect. I’m beyond happy with how it turned out and so impressed with her skill. If you’re thinking about lip blush, I can’t recommend Misha enough!

This must be my 8th visit to Natalie because I completely trust her. Her professionalism is of the highest standard. She listens to everything I say and will discuss in full what is and what isn’t able to be done. I like that she cares so much and I cannot faint the results. The team in Bridgend were absolutely amazing. I had such a friendly welcome as soon as I set foot through the door.
