Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

You know it’s good when all you want to do is book again!! which is what I’m about to do after writing this review! The Relaxing Remedy is the best of both worlds with the perfect back massage and amazing facial and head massage. Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! I highly recommend.

It’s not a quick fix getting back on the road to recovery .Sometimes you don’t think you are improving. Until you see the film clips . Elliott makes sure you do your rehab correctly . Simple little things getting your weight into a different position or structure of your body. Fully recommend a group of visits to him

My second massage with Erik. I have a rare spinal disorder and Erik has really taken the time to understand the challenges associated with it, and also how best to adapt the massage for my particular limitations. I have been sufferering with a very stiff neck and shoulders and a trapped nerve, and I feel significant relief after my massage…which is incredible after days of pain. Thank you Erik!!

Molly fitted me in at very short notice for a nail repair after I bashed the gel off 🤦🏻‍♀️ she did a perfect job and spent time colour matching against the rest as near as possible. Hugely appreciated - excellent service as is always the case at Select. Thank you!!
