I had the pleasure of experiencing a sports massage with Nicola for the first time today, as part of my Marathon preparation. From the initial booking, Nicola's communication was excellent, making sure I knew where to go and park up, to understanding my specific needs and any areas of tension. The environment was incredibly relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Nicola’s technique was spot-on, targeting all the right muscles and providing just the right amount of pressure. Overall, it was a very effective experience. Highly recommend!

I had my first, hopefully of many, Lymphatic Drain Massage with Pam today. I can’t tell you how great it was. She knew exactly where my problems and pain were without me telling her. She’s so knowledgeable about what she does and the relief I felt afterwards was unbelievable. I’ve booked straight in for another massage with her. What an amazing afternoon thank you so much Pam and Kathryn My massage with Pam was amazing she is a maestro finding knots and relieving them when I didn’t even know they were there but I feel an inch taller! Then I had a facial and chemical peel with Kathryn which was relaxing and my skin feels smoother and re-energised. Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I am so grateful I found ‘Mollie Elise Aesthetics’ and was immediately put at ease. Pam is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & I felt immediate relief during and after the massage. By far the best phisio I have, gym on site for better results in my opinion, exellent sports massage very professional learning a lot from Ben highly recommended him.

Very Professional, effective, deep massage and a plan for slow improvement of my strenth. Very impressed.
