Eva is always amazing! Glitch in the matrix didn't let me leave a tip last visit and I forgot to pop back in 🙈 super relaxed after the massage and pain in between is almost non existent now. See you in January!

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Second time seeing Eva for a sports massage, without doubt the best massage I have ever had, will continue to go here from now on, price is excellent and massage is worth every penny, worked on my back and neck, have seen improvements and felt great afterwards with much better movement.

Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone

I was made very welcome as soon as the door opened ! My sports massage and consultation was informative and definitely has helped already !!! I then had reiki healing which was AMAZING ! thank you both R and K ......

I received a massage from Snezhana which was excellent. My second and I will most definitely be going back for more. Very intuitive therapist.

Rhiannon is an expert therapist as well as nail technician. In addition to having a great manicure, i went for the relaxing pedicure, so overall was in the salon for nearly two hours! I floated back down the High Street after she massaged my legs and feet. Feeling so chilled out was exactly what i needed before my niece's wedding, when i know my nails, feet and toenails will be looking immaculate. Many thanks Rhiannon for a wonderful experience 😊! X
