It had been a while since I last had a sports massage & the tightness/ aches & pains were starting to show during my training sessions! Louise worked her magic on them & knew exactly which muscles needed working on, I’m really looking forward to continuing my treatment with Louise, not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she’s really lovely too

I have had a few massages now with Louise on my upper back and shoulder area as I suffer with a lot of tension and knottyness in that area, and when I come out I feel like a new woman! I have recommended Muscle Matters to a few people now as I know they will not be disappointed.
