It had been a while since I last had a sports massage & the tightness/ aches & pains were starting to show during my training sessions! I’ve been to many therapists in the past, and it’s only been now I’ve found one I will stick with. I’m seven sessions in, and I feel brand new. Louise has magic hands, I’m telling you! She's always lovely to chat, too, and she makes me feel relaxed. Attention to detail is important to me, and knowing what’s going on with my body, Louise has that in abundance. I always look forward to my session. It’s a highlight of my week.

Louise was very comprehensive as far as asking questions about any issues I had and then tackling them with the sports massage. She uses a good level of firm pressure and really unlocked a lot of the tight muscles I have had, I’m feeling much better after 1 session and have booked more!
