Relaxing from the minute I walked in. Had a wonderful body scrub, spa, massage and paraffin treatment. The tea and snacks were delicious. Exactly what I needed after a really busy week. My back and shoulders feel wonderful, they've been sore for days so really nice to wake up the next day without pain.

A wonderful and relaxing experience. I had the prenatal ritual and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The massage therapist was very attentive and skilful. The spa itself was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling much calmer than when I arrived. Thank you!

I did the Indulge and escape spa package and it was so relaxing! The staff were all very welcoming, accommodating and professional. The refreshments are a nice touch and the massage/facial make you feel rejuvenated afterwards.

10/10 - Had the most amazing experience at Canberra Day Spa today. Highly recommend the Grounding Ritual for 2 & 1/2 hours of relaxation. The team are attentive and anticipated my requests of water and bathroom breaks. Left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

The facial was beautiful and relaxing. The whole experience was excellent. I love that there is a lounge space separate to the check-in seating area as well. Feels like a smooth transition across the one space

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

Highly recommend the reiki infused massage at Canberra Day Spa. The treatment itself is hard to put into words; it’s not just about releasing tension in the body, but a deeper shift that leaves you lighter, grounded, and quietly renewed. It really has to be experienced to be understood. If you’re open to something that blends relaxation with energy healing, this is the kind of treatment you’ll carry with you after you leave.

My appointment this morning was a pleasant experience. From being met on arrival by the welcoming young man to the caring and professional Nerre She was incredible and my massage was spot on I definitely recommend Canberra day Spa ...its full of pleasant surprises

From the very moment I walked in the door, all staff were friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the Spa was peaceful. Jodie was amazing and I look forward to returning.
