Another great experience at Supreme Nail Spa. Everyone is very talented here. I got a biogel refill with a french manicure and it turned out beautiful. The base color I had picked initially was taking a lot of layers to cover my nails so I was asked if I wanted to switch to a different shade and I really appreciated that. The end result is beautiful and exactly what I had in mind.

This isn't my first time getting a manicure from Daria, and I have to say she does her job impeccably-neatly and with genuine care for each client. She can bring to life even your boldest design ideas and is always willing to accommodate. Daria is a lovely and cheerful person. I highly recommend her as a nail technician for your best manicure experience.

My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

The staff were pleasant and professional, and did my basic men’s mani/pedi with good attention to details. The spa could occasionally or better use of a bit of ventilation, as the smell of some of the other clients nail coatings was quite strong when entering. I’ve suggested this before and will again, for those of us who don’t get anything put on our nails, even clear coat, for whatever reason, we still could benefit from the use of graduated grit nail buffing pads/sponges. Had it at other spa’s and it’s great for smoothing the nail surface and naturally bringing a sheen to the nail.

Lovely space, great technician. I was just sad that I booked a group appointment and we were split up. I understand that it was busy, however it defeats the purpose of booking as a group. Love my nails, I will go back but that piece did hinder my experience a little

I love Olenza Beauty Loft. The space is light, airy and calm and all the people working there are lovely. I have been please with hair styling by both Enza and Danielle, as well as excellent pedicures by Babi.
