Such a relaxing, lovely experience. We have been a few times and my only feedback would be the men’s changing areas. One shower is so ridiculous. At one point, there were four people waiting to use this shower. It’s not practical and does detract from the overall experience. Other than that, really recommend! The infra red sauna add on is worth it!

It was first time using a Far Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Hyberbaric Oxygen chamber. I walked out of The Orchard feeling how I felt when I was 27 years old. I'm about to turn 56. Brilliant!

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

This is my second visit and I have booked a third. It is a wonderful way to catch up with a friend for relaxation and rejuvenation. High quality massage. Nicely designed spaces. Sauna and hot tub area serene. Well worth it.
