I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

She treats my hair with care, chose a gentle technique, and offers great advice on hair care. I also love the interior and atmosphere she has created. I can't recommend Oksana highly enough – she is simply the best! She treated my son, and the whole procedure was completely pain-free. She was incredibly gentle, patient and attentive throughout, making him feel comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism and kind approach were outstanding.
