Had two treatments today, reflexology and a black diamond facial. Both were carried out by Shabana, amazing does not come close to describing the treatments and experience. I’ve had black diamond facials before, not just a facial it is the most relaxing experience, this is definitely down to Shabana’s exceptional skills. Never had reflexology didn’t really know what to expect. Will definitely be having more. If you’re thinking of booking a treatment - don’t hesitate just book you will not be disappointed. You’ll come away feeling chilled and energised in equal measure.

The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Maral made a beautiful job of my nails (BIAB with colour + cat’s eye finish). Some BIAB + gel can look very unnatural, if the builder gel is applied in a “hump” style but the nail shape & profile was perfect. Happy to recommend.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Shabana was excellent from the minute I arrived. Had a chat about how appointment would work and about hot stone massage. Felt at ease. Massage was amazing. Wasn't what I expected from hot stone massage. Was first time for this. Definitely won't be my last. Lovely calm setting and some mindfulness to begin with really set the tone for a relaxing visit. First time trying leg recovery therapy and I absolutely loved it. Now one of my favourite therapies. Feel so much lighter and tension free in the legs 😊

Bahar did a really good job with my biab extension nails - hands and toes. The cat eye effect looks really good. I have given 4*s because I was kept waiting for 10 mins for my appointment and I hate waiting especially for pre-booked appointment time. I would save overall the salon looks a little dated and could do with a refresh and new signage as there is none currently. Thanks.
