Today I had Thai massage & Indian head massage. I was a ball of tension before I arrived, but after Emma worked her magic, I left feeling so relaxed and revived. I can’t wait to come back again. After having acupuncture to further assist with lower back pain, I feel great, no more pain or stiffness. Emma is very experienced in what she does and very knowledgeable to provide the right treatment. Emma also took extra time to show me some yoga stretches which can help the lower back, hips, knees. I am very grateful for this and will happily continue using Ems yoga and massage services.
