I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

With my back playing up, I crawled into see Stacey today for a hot stone massage. OMG! the woman is a miracle worker! She is so kind and careful regarding positioning. I wholeheartedly recommend her. She is without doubt the best therapist I've ever been to.
