Today I got my eyebrows, upper lip, and eyelashes done, and it turned out perfect! I truly loved it; it enhanced my eyes and boosted my self-esteem. The atmosphere is cozy, and she always does a great job with attention to detail.

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

This was my 2nd visit to Viktoriia and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. I had an eyelash tint & eyebrow wax and both treatments were very relaxing I nearly fell asleep! Viktoriia is gentle and so professional, the end results are perfect. I attended for a laser treatment patch test. Mujde at Radiance Beauty took SUCH good care of me. She explained all about the Duetta laser technology used at the salon (better treatment for skins with colour). The patch test was explained really carefully and carried out in different places with different settings. Mudje was truly lovely. She is warm, friendly and professional. She was keen that I understood how the laser worked and the likely results I could expect. I would have no hesitation recommending Radiance for laser treatment.

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year.
