Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. Everything from the music and gong to the softest sheets and hypnotic natural restorative products used truly generated a memorable and impactful experience. One of the best places in London- can’t recommend it enough!

Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm. I’ve tried various treatments due to chronic pain, but none have come close to the incredible feeling I get there. I’ve had regular facials and peels with Margarita for many years now. This was my first in her beautiful new room. I keep coming back because Margarita really gets to know your skin and tailors treatments accordingly so that of course you come out looking great on the day itself, but more importantly you also see the benefit in the days and weeks that follow. Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

Justyn was amazing. I felt like I could stay all day and I left so relaxed. Best massage I've had in a loong time and as someone who has lots of massages and is very picky, that's saying something. Unfortunately, I do not live in London; otherwise I would be a regular customer. Facial was great too! But the massage wowed me.
