A fantastic experience from start to finish. Jess was so welcoming and knowledgeable, giving me time to settle in and explaining all the steps. I had the express facial which left my skin feeling incredible and the Japanese head spa was gorgeous; so relaxing - my scalp has never felt better. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow! I had a hydrojelly facial with Jess and it was amazing! She was lovely, really kind and reassuring about my sensitive skin. The whole facial was so incredibly relaxing, the jelly bit was so nice! The head massage turned me to goo! There was a lovely steam and a weighted jade eye mask which was dreamy as well. I feel so relaxed and will definitely be back, thank you!

I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. It was such a lovely experience. Alycia is so warm and welcoming. The space is decorated so its calm and relaxing. Total zen! It's absolute heaven! and definitely a lovely way to treat yourself. I had the signature facial. Included is a neck and shoulder massage. Wow! Alycia definitely knows what shes doing! It was so good, ive booked a full body massage for next week! I was so relaxed. The signature facial is not just a standard one. It's tailored to your skin. My face has never felt so good. This is going to be my monthly treat to myself! Thank you Alycia.

I am now a regular for facials with Alycia and won’t go anywhere else. I get a signature facial because Alycia knows what will work with my skin. She has so much knowledge and this has helped me get my skin under control. As soon as I get there I am relaxed and I come out feeling brand new.
