Wow wow wow! Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Kay. I had top to toe treatments, full massage, facial and head spa for a birthday treat. Kay really takes her time to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling like a princess, Kay even blowdried my hair before leaving. I was visiting Bristol from the North East and had being having some back pain for sometime - the travel wont help - I came across Ramphai's and had the best massage. Relieved a lot of tension I had in my back and shoulders, travelled home the next day pain free 😊 Thank you

Professional and high standard treatments! Ellie is a skin expert and she is the best at what she does in Bristol! I have been seeing her for a year now and have never been disappointed with her services. Always very welcoming and warm and full of knowledge! She offers an amazing amount of different treatments and always advises on what is most suitable to achieve the skin goals! Couldn't recommend enough 👌

It was absolutely perfect and I feel greatly relaxed, relieved and a lot stronger just like I felt with my other back facial lady at Harper Victoria. Thank you so much for that experience as it was quite hard to find someone just as good ASAP. Kudos to the lady who did my back facial!!! ❤️👍

I went to Kay for a headspa. I have to say I have tried a few headspa’s and I feel that Kay is the best in the area! She made it not only jsut a headspa but a real spa experience. I loved the facial and foot massage. Also Kay was attentive and blow dried my hair so I didn’t have to worry about anything when I got home and I truly felt zen

I chose to have the Signature Restorative Holistic Facial today. Was amused when Emma said it started with the feet!!😀 It was so relaxing and I left feeling completely chilled. So much more massage work than I have had with other facials which was divine and helped with the overall relaxation. Thank you Emma for your time and professionalism x

Amazing as always 🙏had the body scrub and dry brushing and Lymphatic massage which I slept throughout 😴 with a facial . Extremely relaxed. Didn't want to leave. Skin feels amazing. All ready for holiday. Thank you Kay.

Hayley is fantastic. I have curly/wavy hair and have been to expensive specialist salons but this has been my favourite cut in YEARS! Hayley is a real professional, with extensive knowledge and skill. She gave genuine advice without pushing a product sale which I really appreciated. My curls have come back with more bounce, the shape is lovely and I am so happy with my haircut!

Had a lymphatic drainage massage today and light therapy, and I nearly fell asleep i felt so so relaxed and I also felt amazing after and noticed instant differences. Kay was so informative helpful and welcoming. I felt very relaxed. I normally struggle in new places and keeping still but I had zero issues. I cannot wait to go back again soon. Thankyou very much :)
