Leanne, you are amazing. I loved my visit this afternoon! I had a facial plus an eyebrow tint and wax, and everything was spot on. The facial was super relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. My brows turned out perfect — great shape and colour. I left feeling fresh, pampered, and very happy. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Next month...already booked!

I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

The salon is so beautiful, and the staff are incredible. My friend and I did back-to-back CO2 scalp care services so we could take turns looking after my 4month-year-old. The scalp treatment was so relaxing, and our hair/scalp felt amazing. We will be back. When my son kicked off in the last 15 minutes of my treatment they were so accommodating and letting me feed in a spare room, and then continue my service so I didn’t miss out. Those things don’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend!!

The ladies at the Chatswood branch are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Eva is AMAZING, she goes out of her way to help. She is so knowledgeable, with one touch she can see what your skin needs. I originally went for micro needling treatment and I keep going back for other services. My skin looks so much brighter and youthful. I am wearing less makeup, which is a dream 😁
