I absolutely loved my experience! Jorden is friendly, approachable, and clearly very experienced, with excellent knowledge of massage techniques. My tense muscle knots felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, and the pain I had was significantly reduced. This was my first time having intimate waxing done. It was an absolute delight! I cannot thank you enough for how comfortable you made me feel … and how you tried to make it as painless as possible! Love my visits with Yasmine. My treatments (LVL/ brows/ lash extensions) are always to the highest standard and last so well. Yasmine is always very friendly and welcoming. Can’t recommend her enough :)

Kirsty was amazing. I went at 36 weeks pregnant and she made me feel really comfortable. It's always painful to get waxed but she was really good and it was no where near as painful as other places I've been. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

As someone who doesn't "do" beauty treatments, I always feel a bit on edge when I do! Nikita was lovely and really put me at easy. My Korean Lash Lift has given me really wow lashes and I'm really impressed with the results! Will definitely treat myself to more KIKI Beauty treatments in the future and would definitely recommend. The deep tissue massage was great. Relaxing but with a good amount of pressure and I was asked about adjusting the pressure too.

Nico is always so thorough and does a fantastic job. The rooms was lovely, peaceful and quiet so you can really relax. Definitely my new place for gels and pedicures in Sheffield.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Nikita is great and made me feel so comfortable during my wax appointment and had a good laugh together whenever I made questionable noises! Great girl, highly recommend
