I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while! Having been getting waxed for years, I can honestly say Emma is the absolute best in the business. She always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and her attention to detail is unmatched—she is so thorough every single time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my waxing now.

I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. I fully recommend her caring, skilled and high-quality work.

Amelia was absolutely lovely and made me feel really comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. I came in feeling quite nervous, so I really appreciated how welcoming and reassuring she was and her check-ins with me. Emma is a true professional. My teenage daughter went for her first wax and was nervous. Emma was kind and patient with her, and gave her some balm to soothe the waxed area.

Had a brilliant experience at Cinder’s Cove! 🥰 I was even late and she was still able to fit me in, with great results! The little sample bag you get as a first-time client was sooo cute too She’s such a lovely person, and I’ve had absolutely no problems since my appointment. No notes honestly, would 100% recommend :)

After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
