Olha was very welcoming, professional and friendly. She made me feel welcome, had fantastic attention to detail, guided me through the entire process, and was very accommodating. This was my first-ever waxing experience, where I did not feel much pain! I am very impressed and can highly recommend her services.

It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

Ashley was fabulous! Made me feel at ease & we blethered while she waxed which took my mind off it. I have a low pain threshold & can honestly say this was not painful. Today i went for an eyelash lift & tint with eyebrow wax, excellent results, very good price. Marzena is so friendly and welcoming, such a relaxing experience would highly recommend this salon in Dundee. I will be back for some more relaxing treatments.

It was my first time waxing and i went for more sensitive part as i got Hollywood wax. I was nervous but the pain wasn't as bad as i thought so. Ola is a great person and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and if you feel nervous about getting wax for that area there is no reason too, she was gentle and made sure i was okay with everything. Loved it and definitely coming back again. Thank you for making my experience good 🥰☺️

Had an appointment with Lesley this evening, was very nervous as I hadn't been waxed in a long time, but Lesley was so welcoming and lovely. She made me feel such at ease though my appointment and was so easy to talk too. Would definitely reccomend🤍 thank you lesley

Would highly recommend - had a great sugaring experience, much better than waxing, nowhere near as painful and felt so smooth afterwards. Olla is lovely, friendly and puts you at ease. Will definitely be booking again 😊
