I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

Not just a massage but a fantastic ‘experience’. Natalia is wonderful, so calming and puts you at ease straight away. I came out feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from me. I cannot wait to return!

Reflexology appt today ~ as always , Jordanne provided an excellent service. Totally professional but always friendly I followed her career from Spinning fields to Salford to Prestwich and will keep following her as she’s the best. Definitely will be back for more services

I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Natalia! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like a complete reset for my mind and body. Natalia is an absolute gem—she has such a warm energy and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I left feeling completely renewed. The most relaxed treatment I have ever had. So many little extras added to the treatment as well. Honestly was amazing I had the reflexology and Indian head massage. Can’t wait to come again.

I beautiful treatment room with a calming atmosphere. I booked an aromatherapy massage and it was the best I’ve experienced. Kim was my masseur and he was attentive throughout, checking that pressure was ok and how I was feeling. I booked a repeat appointment before I left. Excellent Thai massage salon.

Jordanna really is an expert! I’ve been having reflexology with Jordanna to help with my PCOS and fertility. I’ve learnt so much from her and have noticed a great differences not only in my cycles but also about fertility. Highly recommend her studio is always a calming space and I leave a changed women 😀❤️
