I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Natalia! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing and felt like a complete reset for my mind and body. Absolutely amazing, I went in with a sore back from a gym injury, left feeling like I had a new back! Ken is amazing, did an indepth consultation to locate the main areas for working on. The tray of tea, water and snacks was a lovely touch. I cant wait to book my next visit

The most relaxed treatment I have ever had. So many little extras added to the treatment as well. Honestly was amazing I had the reflexology and Indian head massage. Can’t wait to come again.

I had a lymphic drainage massage which is a really light massage. I didn’t know this is part of the expert technique. My body felt amazing afterwards and Nora was so lovely. She gave me plenty of advice around my diagnosis/operation. I really thought it was going to be a “fad” as I’ve seen so many people having them on social media. But honestly the results relaxed my nervous system and helped my bloating.

Absolutely incredible. You’re looked after the moment you walk through the door. I had a massage with Natalia; two hours of relaxation, reiki, reflexology and massage. I feel really calm and relaxed and I am grateful for the experience and will absolutely be back again. Thank you!

I visited for a Swedish massage and reflexology. I arrived feeling stressed however the entire experience was calming and incredible from the very start and I came out feeling totally different. Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. It was such an enjoyable experience and I’m so happy I came across Balance & Me. Thank you!

Remedy Road. Triple treatment of red light therapy; muscle tension breakdown, followed by deep tissue with cupping to attack chronic lower back issue. Highly recommend.

Ken was fantastic, helped located and deal with painful areas. I even extended during the appointment. What was also great is that they said I booked and paid too much and wanted to provide a refund and put me on a different package, I admired the honesty.
