Both myself and my sister had the mist incredible experience with Rachel My reflexology was great. Rachel us very knowledgeable and really helped my aching foot, with excellent advice. My sister had a neck and head massage and she said it was the best she has ever had. We are both coming again, andxwexare going to try different treatments. Thank you Rachel!!!

It was my first time having a body massage. I have to say Parminder was very calm and experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing. Using different techniques, I felt very relaxed after having a deep tissue massage. Parminder concentrated on a few stubborn knots I've had in my back and next day felt a big relief. My hip (ball and socket) have been playing up due to Sciatica, after the treatment it really has been a relief. Will definitely carry on with this for a while as I believe I've left it for too long.

Had the best reflexology massage at the Heal Studio. Such a lovely relaxing place to go for massages, definitely recommend!
