Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! I have been visiting Adalet & The Holistic Therapy Rooms for around 10 years. It is a warm & welcoming space & Adalet is the most wonderful therapist. I leave feeling relaxed. Massages, reflexology, reiki 🥰

Marta is just wonderful! The attention, care and energy that goes in to her services is unmatched. She really took the time to learn about what I needed, before the treatment with a questionnaire and also before the treatment began. It’s the most relaxed I’ve felt in a long time, I already can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend her services, she really is amazing! X

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Had eye/face threads with Sarah today. I was really apprehensive & nervous but Sarah put me at ease and did a great job lifting my eyes up with absolutely no pain no down time I was in and out within the hour. Best cosmetic Nurse in London! Oz

My First time experiencing a Lomi Lomi massage, I would say it was very relaxing, Dr Vijay was very professional and had great knowledge of Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and Lymphatic drainage massages which I have booked in for next week, he get all my knots out in my shoulders and helped me with my sciatic nerve and tight glutes. He put me at ease and answered my questions. I highly recommend him and the staff they all do a great job.

My first time at Wild and will definitely be back - wax was as good as my usual in central London, and we managed to fit in bikini and full leg in the same time as full leg which was great for me (I know I am quick!)

I’ve been visiting Nicole for a few years sporadically, but weekly and twice weekly for the last 4 months. She’s a fabulous masseuse and is always flexible with treatments and caring during them. She’s a high recommendation when anyone asks from me!

Fabulous double treatment this morning - Infra red sauna followed by hot stone massage. Can’t recommend enough. Hot stones on feet is a revelation! I’ll be booking reflexology with Jeanette next 👍

I had a reflexology session with Jeanette today, and it was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The whole experience was so relaxing, with a lovely, calming atmosphere from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and left feeling refreshed and at ease. Highly recommend!
