Had Fat Desolving Injectios, very quick painless, lady was very very informative. Definitely reccomeneded R&R had a full body massage aswell before it was AMAZING! Need to book again actually 🤣

I would definitely recommend the lifting facial, my face does look and feel more toned and sculpted. Amber was her usual friendly professional self and explained the science behind the treatment. Another facial that I will repeat in the future.

Fabulous relaxing massage that was fully tailored to my requirements. Lovely comfortable couch with heated mattress, soothings surroundings and wonderful massage therapist. Looking forward to my next appointment.

It was my first experience with reflexology and I loved it, Alison was great and made me feel at ease and really explained the process and asked lots of questions to provide a treatment suitable to my needs. I would highly recommend.

My monthly visit to see Alison who I now see as a friend was relaxing as always and although I see her to help my lymphodema reflexology also helps mood, improves well being and I always sleep well 😊

My reflexology treatment i had yesterday was absolutely wonderful Alison is a super lady, so friendly and comfortable to be around, she is very thorough and professional The room in which the appointments are held is so comfortable and cosy it's easy to relax almost straight away! The mint and bergamot mix that she used on my feet was so lovely I am so looking forward to my next treatment and highly recommend Inner Balance Treat yourself or someone you love or if someone is struggling what to treat you to then book in, you won't regret it! Alison was so good at making me feel at ease on this my first reflexology visit. I was informed in detail, which again was excellent. The experience was one I'm hoping to continue with once I see how the next couple of days go.

This was my 1st visit. I was suffering with back pain and plantar fasciitis. I had a massage to settle my back down and then had reflexology combined with tai foot massage. An hour well spent and will be returning in 24hrs for another session. So far so good, hopefully get back to normal soon.

I really enjoyed my reflexology with Alison today. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in great detail everything that she was doing. She was so warm and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. The treatment room was beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. I loved the heated blanket, I felt totally relaxed. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish and I have already booked my next session.
