I had my first ever reflexology session, and it was a lovely experience. Alison made me feel comfortable right away, and I loved the décor of the treatment room. I’ve been going to Breathe and Bloom Holistics for nearly a year now and honestly, it’s been such a positive experience. Lindsay is an amazing practitioner. She really takes the time to tailor each session to you as an individual.🫶 I’ve learned to be more open to the universe and my own path, which I never expected when I first started. Every session feels different—sometimes emotional, sometimes really eye-opening—but all part of a journey that just keeps getting better. I honestly can’t recommend Lindsay enough. Had a wonderful reiki session with Lindsay who is so calm and welcoming. Her studio is beautiful and the surroundings are so peaceful. Felt very relaxed during and after the session. The next day however I had so much more energy than normal. I felt more alert and brighter, the normal fatigue had lifted. Lindsay is very skilled at her job but also so compassionate. Thoroughly recommend Breathe and Bloom. Thank you Lindsay 🙏
