Sophie gives her heart and soul in all of her treatments but the facial zone reflexology is something else! I can’t see my forehead lines and the puffiness has gone and I look glowing. Highly recommend x

I was able to get into a very deep trance and felt weirdly light on my feet when I left, she was very welcoming and the room was lovely a warm. Shall be back for something else

This is the first time I had the advanced facial reflexology and it was wonderful, I had a bit of rubbish day at work, and this relaxing, de-stressing facial reflexology took all that away. Also helps you are lying on a heated blanket which helps you relax and melt even more. I would highly recommend it, and I booked again for my next appointment.

Had facial & feet reflexology and it is a must.. the wonderful feeling after your treatment is 100 % full body relaxation..amazing..

I love reflexology, I enjoy the treatment, I am so warm, relaxed and de-stressed, it makes me feel so much better.

I always have Reflexology on my feet, I find it so relaxing, I can really zone out and I feel so much better for it. Today it was just what I needed. Sophie is really good at what she does, and is so friendly and welcoming.
