Really great pregnancy reflexology treatment. Wissen was excellent and really took care of me and supported me through the treatment (at 41 weeks pregnant) I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and supported and left feeling great

I booked a foot massage which included a neck and shoulder massage and added on reflexology. Lynsey is a great masseuse and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend 😊

I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! I would 100% recommend Millie & reflexology, it’s a game changer!

It’s hard to put into words what a beautiful thing reflexology is. I had the most incredible treatment with lovely Millie at Body & Soul Therapies. I've been going to Millie for monthly reflexology sessions for a long while now and I most definitely feel more relaxed, sleep better and have more energy as a result. I've also started booking in an extra treatment from time to time if I know I'm going to be or have been super busy. The difference reflexology can make at these times is incredible, I can move from stressed, overwhelmed and frazzled to calm,centred and rested within the space of one hour!! Millie is a warm and wonderful human and a brilliant reflexologist. Her space is so beautiful as well ✨️You will not regret booking in 💛
