I booked a foot massage which included a neck and shoulder massage and added on reflexology. Lynsey is a great masseuse and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Highly recommend 😊

I had been struggling to sleep well for few weeks & generally felt a bit low on energy and had recurring headaches. I’ve seen Millie before & loved my session so knew it would be beneficial now. During the session I completely switched off & relaxed, felt calm and my headache eased. That night I had 9.5hrs of excellent quality sleep! Millie is incredible, she has such a warm & calming energy that instantly slows and quietens a hectic day. During the breath work at the start of my session, I felt like I couldn’t quite get enough air in but after the dreamy, 60min session not only was I so utterly relaxed but I could breath so much easier.
