Wow! I had my first Reflexology session with Samantha this evening and I feel amazing. Not only was she on point with bits and pieces she discovered about my health and body throughout the session but, I left feeling SO relaxed. A beautiful reflexology session paired with my first ever sound bath. I’ve had reflexology a couple of times before, but the addition of a sound bath took the relaxation to another level. It was incredibly soothing—just what you need after a busy day! I’ve loved reading more about the chakras and the colours connected to the experiences—it’s all so fascinating.
