Love visiting the salon, not sure Kat feels the same way though😂 Always happy with my hair because Kat listens and advises. Had several compliments on the cut which I've never had in the past. Really nice girls and lovely clean salon.

I’m very happy with my experience with Ryan. He gave me a manageable set of exercises and took time to discuss my recovery in a way that felt encouraging and practical. I now have a better understanding of how to view my progress, measure pain levels, and recognise when I can safely push myself or when I need to hold back. I feel more confident moving forward with my recovery.

I have always wanted to understand my cardiovascular efficiency having had a consistent exercise regime for the last 30 years.A lot of the exercises I undertake are aerobic. By undertaking a VO2 max measurement at M20 Health and Performance i have a profound understanding of my cardiovascular state. I am now in my 60s and Adam and team were very professional in explaining the test and explanation of measurements and graphs. I know feel a great understanding about my cardiovascular state and to undertake the next phase of training.Thanks

Adam is great! He’s addressed the route of my recurring injury and we’ve developed a program to run alongside my current training schedule to prevent any further discomfort. I’m feeling miles better even in the early stages.

I had such a lovely experience at The Stylist Hair Studio! She did my long layers exactly how I wanted and made sure to listen to every detail I asked for. She was so friendly, gave really helpful advice, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I’m honestly so happy with how my hair turned out! Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing hairdresser❤️
