First time visiting Carly and she has thought of everything! I was offered shoe covers so I didn't have to faff removing my shoes, the room was really comfortable and well equipped and Carly was really good at explaining everything. I don't often get my nails done but she did a lovely job of them and I would definitely go back to Carly if I need them doing again in.the future.

Tanya did an amazing job. I was unsure on what nail art I wanted and I had a few designs but Tanya mixed the designs into one and I absolutely love my nails. 100% going back.

Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Absolutely amazing! Haven’t had my nails done in over 10 years and what an incredible artist to go with after such a length of time. I felt so comfortable and had such a laugh and the nails are fantastic! Thank you so much and I can’t wait for the next apt!

Great service. They were really accommodating when I needed to change the time even asking one of the girls to start earlier. Nails stay on for longer than other salons I've been in. Would recommend!

Gabby did my nails today and they look amazing!! Comfy arm rests and a place to put your phone! She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable, All the girls are lovely and welcoming.

I stupidly forgot to make my appointment and I messaged Tanya and asked if she could message me with a cancellation she’s not only gone and messaged me with a cancellation but done the most Christmassy cute nails ever!!
